What Do Others Think of the Sleek and Toned Workout Blueprint?

This is a wonderful workout and a change of pace for me. I like to keep my workouts short and to the point without lacking intensity and the Sleek and Toned workout gives just that.

I feel much better using it than I did with the workout I created for myself. My muscles also look more defined and I haven't weighed myself, but I'm seeing changes in my body and it looks great compared to what I was used to seeing.
